After our New Zealand trip we stopped in Sydney on the way back to Jakarta. Saw all the sights and met up with Rozi's Aunt Tavia and her cousins. We stayed in the Harbourside Apartments on the north side of the harbor with a view of the bridge and the Opera House. A really nice city, easy to get around, everyone very friendly, and lots of great restaurants.
This was a 4 day live aboard diving trip to the Komodo Islands for me and Rozi. It was the maiden voyage of the "Tambora" with passengers. Really luxurious accommodation - our cabin had a/c and private bathroom with shower. The diving was excellent with crystal clear water and plenty of huge fish - sharks, barracuda, eagle ray and fabulous corals. On Rinca Island we saw plenty of huge Komodo Dragons.
